Artwork & Product Information

Every effort is made to accurately represent the artwork, colors, dimensions, materials, and other details shown on this website. Please keep in mind that colors may appear slightly different depending on your computer, phone, tablet, or monitor settings.

Original artwork is handmade and one of a kind. Variations in texture, brushwork, surface, edges, and other characteristics are part of the nature of an original work of art and are not considered defects.

Prints and reproductions may vary slightly from the appearance of the original artwork due to differences inherent in the printing and reproduction process.

Purchases & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless a separate written payment arrangement has been made.

Applicable sales tax, shipping charges, or other fees will be calculated and displayed when appropriate.

Placing an item in your shopping cart does not reserve the artwork. An artwork is considered sold only after the purchase has been successfully completed and payment has been received.

All Sales Are Final

All artwork purchases are final. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted.

Please carefully review artwork photographs, dimensions, descriptions, framing information, and other product details before completing your purchase.

If you have questions about a piece before purchasing, please contact Cari Long Art prior to placing your order. Additional photographs or information may be available upon request.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies that may be required under applicable law.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Although returns are not accepted, please contact Cari Long Art promptly if your artwork arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item.

Photographs of the artwork, packaging, and shipping materials may be requested in order to document shipping damage and determine an appropriate resolution.

Please retain all original packaging until the issue has been resolved. Depending on the circumstances, a replacement, repair, refund, or other appropriate remedy may be offered.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders will be packaged with care and shipped to the address provided during checkout.

Estimated shipping and delivery times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. Cari Long Art is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or circumstances outside reasonable control.

The purchaser is responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

Additional shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees associated with international shipments, if offered, are the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise stated.

Commissions & Custom Artwork

Commissioned artwork is created specifically for an individual client and is therefore non-refundable and not eligible for return or exchange.

Details regarding the size, subject matter, pricing, payment schedule, estimated completion time, framing, shipping, and other requirements for commissioned artwork may be established separately in writing before work begins.

Any deposit or initial payment required to begin a commission is non-refundable unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Because each painting is an original artistic interpretation, commissioned artwork will reflect the artist's individual style and creative judgment. Exact duplication of photographs, reference images, previous paintings, or other artwork cannot be guaranteed.

Any requested revisions or changes beyond the originally agreed-upon scope may result in additional charges.

Copyright & Intellectual Property

Purchase of an original painting, print, reproduction, or commissioned artwork transfers ownership of the physical artwork or product only. Copyright and reproduction rights remain with Cari Long unless expressly transferred in writing.

Artwork may not be copied, reproduced, published, distributed, altered for commercial purposes, used to create merchandise, or otherwise commercially exploited without prior written permission.

Cari Long retains the right to photograph and reproduce images of artwork, including sold and commissioned works, for portfolios, websites, social media, marketing, publications, prints, promotional materials, and other business or artistic purposes unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Website Content

All artwork, photographs, images, graphics, text, logos, designs, and other original content appearing on this website are owned by or licensed to Cari Long Art and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Website content may not be copied, reproduced, downloaded, distributed, published, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Sharing links to the website or individual artwork pages for personal, non-commercial purposes is welcome.

Availability

Original artwork is one of a kind and is generally available on a first-purchased basis. On rare occasions, an artwork may sell through another venue before the website inventory has been updated.

If an artwork is inadvertently sold to more than one purchaser or is otherwise unavailable after an order is placed, the affected order will be canceled and any payment made for the unavailable artwork will be refunded.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cari Long Art will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, the purchase or use of products, or circumstances outside reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Personal information submitted through this website will be handled in accordance with the website's Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Payment information may be processed by third-party payment providers and is subject to their respective terms and privacy practices.
